Returns
Overview
You may return items in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging—within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email us at info@thalodenim.com with your order number, details, and reason for the return, and to recieve a prepaid shipping label.
For all. orders, a restocking fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return processing. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund, minus the restocking fee and return shipping fee, will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If returned items are in an unacceptable condition, a refund will not be issued, and you will have the option to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items marked as final sale are non returnable. Please note the product description and in check out to see if an item is final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
