Processing Time

We typically take 1 business day to process your order. However, during extremely busy periods, this can take 2-3 days. Once orders are processed, shipping times vary depending on select rate.

SHIPPING RATES AND OPTIONS

US orders are shipped via USPS, which takes 2-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options via UPS. International orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, and Fedex. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders.

Our shipping does not require signature for delivery and the courier might leave the package in your mailbox or at your door, wherever mail and packages are typically delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after a carrier has made a successful delivery at your designated address. We provide free shipping for orders over $150 within the US.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Thalo ships internationally to Canada, Europe, Asia, South America, Australasia. If you live in a country that is not listed please let us know at info@thalodenim.com. All international orders are shipped delivery duties paid (DDP). Customs, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout for a seamless order delivery.
